About Laurel

Laurel Parnell, Ph.D. is a leading expert on the therapeutic tool, eye-movement desensitization and reprocessing which is more widely known as EMDR.

Dr. Parnell has written four books on EMDR and is one of the most respected leaders of EMDR trainings & EMDR workshops.  Her latest book (also available as spoken word audio) is ”Tapping In: A Step-by-Step Guide to Activating Your Healing Resources Through Bilateral Stimulation”.
